iTunes Music Sharing

I've been asked several times for a solution for small studios to share their audio libraries. Surely iTunes would be the perfect solution, if only it let you copy the audio tracks from other users libraries. iTunes comes so close but yet this simple limitation renders it's almost useless for this task.
